This is Tarah


My name is Tarah Foster and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals is my true calling! 

I graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. I am  certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Exercise Physiologist.  I am also certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer.

Since my graduation I have worked in the health care industry as an Exercise Physiologist in cardiac settings as well as in the fitness industry as a Fitness Manager and trainer. My varied work experiences allow me to work with a very diverse clientele, which I count as a huge blessing!

The Newest Member of Our Team!




Jessica has been involved in sports and fitness since dribbling her first basketball in her Indiana driveway.  Her path has twisted and turned through marathon training  and Personal Trainer certification in Memphis, to a Masters Degree in Sports Science and Nutrition in Austin.  She moved to Tulsa with the intention of opening a studio and coaching runners. This dream will come true in 2016 with StudiOne.  

She is loved by many for her encouraging and motivational outlook, with easy and sustainable changes for lasting results.  When she's not at the studio you can likely find her sipping on a coffee at Foolish Things, eating some pizza and cookie dough, or tricking her dog Miley into running sprints by chasing after a tennis ball.  

Jessica enjoys traveling, and is working on a life goal of running a half marathon in every state - she just has 34 to go.   She can't wait for you to join the fun!

Meet Rolland!



Rolland Bastianelli became a NASM certified Personal Trainer in 2012.  He is passionate about helping people become better through fitness, and giving them the tools to feel great. 

Rolland has experience working with individuals with varied goals, like: first time 5K, conditioning and weight loss, and improving functional movements. 

He attends thechurch.at in Midtown Tulsa. He and his wife have 3 children and will be celebrating their 10 year anniversary in 2016.

In his spare time, Rolland enjoys working around the house, reading about fitness trends, playing with his kids and going on sushi dates with his wife.

Personal Trainers can meet with individuals or with groups of 2-3.  Interested?  We will match you with a trainer who can meet your fitness needs.
