Greg McCann and Living Well Yoga Return to the YFC!

It is wish great pleasure that we announce the return of Greg McCann and his class Living Well Yoga.

Living Well Yoga uses traditional moves to help participants stretch, strengthen, and tone. It is a full body workout made even more effective with its emphasis on correct breathing and body alignment. Join us as we learn when body and mind work together, Christian meditation and worship enable us to “live well”. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

This class will take place Wednesday evenings, 6:30-7:30 pm, and will start January 6. We hope to see you there!

Rock Solid Cancelled TONIGHT--12/29

Rock Solid is CANCELLED tonight, December 29. Class will resume as normal on Tuesday, January 5.

Boot Camp Canceled TODAY, December 11

Lunchtime Boot Camp is canceled today, December 11. Class will resume next week as normal on Tuesday, December 14. Thank you for your understanding!

Rock Solid Cancelled Thursday, December 10

Rock Solid is cancelled this Thursday night, December 10. Class will resume Tuesday, December 15.

Friday Night Indoor Cycling Cancelled December 11th and 18th

Friday Night (6:00-7:00 pm) Indoor Cycling is cancelled the next two weeks, December 11th and 18th. The following two weeks after are the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays, so classes will resume January 8th.

Morning Pilates (Yogilates) Changes!

As you may have already noticed, Yogilates (5:30-6:30 am) is now simply called Pilates. The class is also going to start meeting at a new time: 6:00-7:00 am. This will start December 8.

The dates listed below are when Pilates will NOT be meeting. Also remember to check the google calendar for your daily schedule, or this blog and twitter. Thanks!
