Some highlights:
- Indoor Cycling will be meeting Monday through Friday, twice a day on Wednesdays and Fridays!
- Yogilates, a class combing Yoga and Pilates, will meet every Tuesday and Thursday morning!
- Power Core Pilates, a class incorporating Pilates with toning and light weight lifting, is already meeting Monday evenings and has been a big hit!
- Boot Camp is also meeting on Fridays at lunchtimes!
