New Classes Starting at the YFC!

As of Monday, September 21, we have a great revised schedule with many new classes! Come by and check one out for yourself.

Some highlights:
  • Indoor Cycling will be meeting Monday through Friday, twice a day on Wednesdays and Fridays!
  • Yogilates, a class combing Yoga and Pilates, will meet every Tuesday and Thursday morning!
  • Power Core Pilates, a class incorporating Pilates with toning and light weight lifting, is already meeting Monday evenings and has been a big hit!
  • Boot Camp is also meeting on Fridays at lunchtimes!

There are so many great things happening that we can hardly keep up with it all! For more detailed information, explore the google calendar below to see when classes meet and to read a detailed description.
